Data Processing Agreement

Last updated April 21, 2026

The DPA governs how Auxen acts as a data processor on behalf of our B2B customers who submit personal data to the Service. We're finalizing the full text; in the meantime, if you need a signed DPA to onboard, reach out and we'll send the current draft.

What this page will cover

  • Roles of the parties (controller / processor)
  • Scope and purpose of processing
  • Categories of data and data subjects
  • Sub-processor list and change-notification process
  • Security measures
  • Data-transfer mechanisms (SCCs for EU/UK transfers)
  • Breach notification timelines
  • Audit rights
  • Termination and data deletion

How to request the current draft

Email [email protected] with “DPA request” in the subject and the legal entity name for signature. We typically respond within two business days.

Sub-processors

The current list of sub-processors will be published here once the DPA is finalized. It will include our payment processor, our GPU compute provider, and our transactional email provider.
