The DPA governs how Auxen acts as a data processor on behalf of our B2B customers who submit personal data to the Service. We're finalizing the full text; in the meantime, if you need a signed DPA to onboard, reach out and we'll send the current draft.

How to request the current draft
Email [email protected] with “DPA request” in the subject and the legal entity name for signature. We typically respond within two business days.
Sub-processors
The current list of sub-processors will be published here once the DPA is finalized. It will include our payment processor, our GPU compute provider, and our transactional email provider.
