Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

2. What we collect

Account information

• Email address (used for sign-in via one-time code).
• Optional profile fields you enter during onboarding: business name, intended use, communication style preferences.

Billing information

• Prepaid USD credit balance, top-up history, and saved payment method, processed by Stripe. Auxen never sees your full card number — Stripe stores and processes payment credentials.

Service data (your content)

• Documents you upload to the Knowledge Base. Stored on the server and indexed into vectors so your AI can retrieve them.
• Chat messages sent to your private endpoint. Stored in your instance's conversation history so follow-up questions work. You can delete a conversation at any time from the dashboard.
• System prompt and voice-training files. Used to personalize your AI's responses. Stored on the server.

Operational data

• Server logs (timestamps, request paths, instance IDs, redacted error messages) retained for [RETENTION DAYS, e.g. 30] days for debugging and abuse prevention.
• Minimal analytics on the marketing site (page views, referrer). We do not use tracking pixels or cross-site profiling.

3. What we do NOT collect

• We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
• We do not use your uploaded documents or chat messages to train models, our own or anyone else's.
• We do not call third-party inference services with your content. Your model runs on your own dedicated GPU instance.

4. How we use what we collect

• To provide and operate the Auxen service.
• To bill you and honor your plan.
• To provide customer support when you ask.
• To secure the service (detect abuse, prevent fraud, investigate incidents).

5. Who we share data with

• Stripe — payment processing.
• GPU compute providers — we rent dedicated GPU instances on your behalf. The provider operates the hardware; they do not have access to decrypted model traffic.
• Claude (Anthropic) — used to generate your personalized system prompt from your onboarding answers. We pass only the short summary text you entered, never your documents or chat history.
• Legal obligations (valid subpoena, court order, etc.), with notice to you where lawful.

6. How we protect your data

• All traffic over HTTPS.
• Instance credentials (API keys, endpoint URLs) are stored per account and not exposed across accounts.
• Stripe handles payment card data; Auxen does not store card numbers.
• Access to production systems is limited to [NAMED OPERATORS].

No system is perfectly secure. We disclose known incidents promptly to affected customers.

7. Your rights

You can, at any time and from your dashboard:

• Access the data we hold about you (Settings).
• Delete your uploaded documents (Knowledge Base → remove).
• Delete a conversation (Dashboard chat → delete).
• Destroy any running instance to stop billing immediately (Dashboard → Model Settings → Destroy).
• Delete your account and all associated data — email [email protected] and we will action it within [RETENTION RESPONSE WINDOW, e.g. 7 business days].

Residents of the EU/UK have additional rights under GDPR; residents of California have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA. Contact us for data access or deletion requests under those frameworks.

8. Data retention

• Account data is retained while your account is active. On deletion, we erase account data and associated uploaded content within [ERASE WINDOW, e.g. 30 days].
• Operational logs are retained for [RETENTION DAYS, e.g. 30] days then purged.
• Billing records are retained for [TAX RETENTION YEARS, e.g. 7] years for tax/audit compliance.

9. International users

Auxen operates from the United States. If you are accessing the service from outside the US, you understand that your information is processed in the US and potentially in the region of the GPU provider hosting your instance.

10. Children

Auxen is not intended for individuals under [AGE, e.g. 13 or 16 (EU)]. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy over time. If changes are material we will notify you via email to the address on file before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
